    After a thoughtful and individual assessment of your current life stressors, we will explore techniques and strategies to assist you in reducing the burden that stress can create. Visualization, movement, breath awareness, nutrition and the most current philosophies on managing stress may be utilized.

  • Meditation

    Meditation is a daily practice that allows you to relax your mind and body. This experiential consultation will teach you basic meditative principles including posture, breathing and the mental focus needed to help quiet your mind. This session may be booked individually or as a “shared session” for two.

    Integrative breathing is an exercise that invigorates the body with oxygen, stimulating a sense of well-being. This process activates the liver, spleen, pancreas, and abdominal muscles. On deeper levels, there is an emotional release of negativity and stress, which adds to mental clarity. Beginning with breath control, followed by vibrational sounding and release, this breath session teaches stillness of mind and creates an overall sense of exhilaration.

    During this private consultation, you will be supported at looking at specific areas of your life that you would like to improve; providing you with the tools and strategies for creating maximal shifts with grace and ease.
