Mii amo Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

3 C Cottage Cheese
1 1/2 C Cream Cheese
1 Large Eggs
4 Large Egg Whites
1 C Sugar
1 1/3 T Vanilla Extract
2 tsp Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp Salt
1 C Chocolate Chips
1 C Graham Cracker Crumbs
2 2/3 T Butter, melted

Puree cottage cheese in food processor until very smooth. Cream together the cottage cheese, cream cheese and sugar. Combine eggs, vanilla, lemon juice and salt. Slowly add to the batter, do not over mix. Mix together the graham cracker crumbs and butter. Press into a 10-inch cake pan. Carefully spoon the batter into the prepared cake pan and place into a water bath. Bake the cheesecake in a 325 degree oven until the cheesecake has set and is firm to the touch, about 40-45 minutes.
